I am Franck Viscuso.

Welcome, and thank you for your interest.

Through this site and my interventions, I wish to convey my eagerness to help people and teams develop their social intelligence in order to create happier, healthier and more efficient working relationships.

A few words about me.

As an engineer and postgraduate in Management, I have held commercial roles in large international groups for several years.

In 2007, my passion for human relations led me to found "Franck Viscuso Training", a training organization specialized in social intelligence.

My expertise in this domain arose from a complex set of events, as life often seems to hold in store for us: enriching encounters, varied studies, solid professional experiences and a high-level sporting activity. Going through certain accidents also played a critical role in setting me on my career path. Those belong to the kind which either cause damage or induce growth and allow one to grasp their subtle meaning only later in life.

Since then, I accompany managers, executives and teams in my keynotes, trainings, collective and individual coaching sessions.

More recently, I have developed an online training course to accelerate the diffusion of knowledge among employees of companies.

I am also a member of the French Association of Experts and Professional Speakers. My clients particularly appreciate my expertise, my authenticity, my kindness, my humor, my pragmatism, and of course my humility... 😉
